What Is a joint simplified dissolution in Chicago?

A friend told me about this type of divorce and that it’s the fastest way to get divorced in Illinois. My wife and I have only lived in Chicago for two months. Is that long enough to file here? Also, what do you have to have to get the joint simplified dissolution? How much faster is it than a regular divorce? I would like a Turkish lawyer please as that is where my wife and I were born and raised.

QUESTIONS

How do I report child abuse without giving my name?

I suspect that my neighbor is abusing her daughter. She’s constantly screaming at her and I’ve seen bruising on her arms and legs. I don’t want anyone to know it’s me that called, though. I have to live next to this person and I don’t want her to retaliate against me. Is there some hotline I can call and still remain anonymous? If child protective services opens an investigation, can they force me to do an interview with them?

QUESTIONS

What do I need to do to get my child support increased?

My kids’ father has gotten remarried to a woman who earns a lot of money. He has barely paid me any child support in the 3 years we’ve been separated. Now he drives a nice car and they go on vacations with my kids and eat out every night. Can my child support be raised based on this new money he’s acquired? My kids are starting to want to go to his house all the time and not stay with me because he has everything at his big house for them – video games, motorbikes, etc. It’s not fair that I’m struggling.

How to find a Turkish lawyer for a prenup agreement?

My fiancé and I are getting married in a few months and I would like to have her sign a prenup. I hope that my marriage lasts forever, but I want to be prepared if it doesn’t. Do I have to disclose all of my assets before we sign the agreement? I don’t really want to tell her how much I have. Also, I would like to hire a Turkish lawyer, can that one lawyer represent both my fiancé and me. My fiancé will trust whatever lawyer I pick and I’d like to avoid excessive legal fees if possible.

QUESTIONS

Can I get a divorce based on domestic violence?

I need a divorce because my husband is physically and verbally abusive to me. He has put me in the hospital twice. I never reported it because I am terrified of him. I know he isn’t cheating on me and he will never agree to a divorce, so can I get the divorce based on his abuse. Also, how can I tell him I want the divorce but still keep myself safe? I’m afraid he’s going to lose it when I tell him. Is it going to hurt my case that I lied in the hospital about what he did to me?
